GM E38 ECM Speed And RPM Kit

This kit provides the components required to obtain RPM and vehicle speed signals from the GM E38 ECM used by the 2010-2015 Chevrolet Camaro, 2007-2013 Chevrolet Silverado, and 2007-2013 GMC Sierra.  The GM E38 ECM is capable of outputting both tach and vehicle speed signals, but this information is not required for other modules in the Camaro and some Silverado/Sierra trucks.  In these cases plugs were installed into the ECM connector where wires would normally be inserted to carry tach and speed signals to the gauge cluster and other modules.  This installation kit includes the required hardware to remove the plugs and add wires to the ECM connector to obtain tach and vehicle speed signals for the Cortex EBC.  After installing the wires the ECM outputs must be activated using HP Tuners, EFILive, or similar programming system.

This  installation kit is required to use the Cortex EBC on the 2010-2015 Chevrolet Camaro SS and some 2007-2014 Chevrolet Silverado / GM Sierra models.

• (2) 10-foot wire with 033468003 terminal for E38 ECM crimped to one end
• (2) 10k ohm pull-up resistor
