NOTE: If you have a question related to the Cortex EBC and the controller is already installed in your vehicle please attach a data log to your email. Without seeing a log from the controller it is virtually impossible to provide any assistance.

Warranty:
Our products carry a one year manufacturing warranty from date of purchase. If you have problems with our product contact us via email with your invoice number, a detailed description of the problem, and the best means of contacting you. All returns must be authorized. No products will be accepted for warranty inspection without prior written authorization. Any evidence of user tampering or attempting to modify the product hardware or software will automatically void the warranty.

We do not have the manpower to provide phone support. In most cases, we need to see data logs, attach screenshots, and link documents to provide support and this is not possible over the phone. Please do not send an email asking us to call you.
